4. Donations & Financial Stewardship

All voluntary financial contributions, tithes, offerings, and donations made through imawinner.org or affiliated third-party payment processors support the tax-exempt 501(c)(3) religious operations and outreach programs of Winners’ Worship Center.

  • Donations are considered non-refundable unless a technical processing error occurs, in which case you should contact our office immediately.

  • Tax deduction receipts will be issued in accordance with IRS guidelines.

5. User Conduct & Submissions

When submitting prayer requests, contact forms, or interacting with user areas connected to imawinner.org, you agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or designed to interrupt website functionality. Winners’ Worship Center reserves the right to remove any content or restrict site access for violations of these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The materials and services on imawinner.org are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Winners’ Worship Center makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding site availability, operational continuity, or error-free performance.

In no event shall Winners’ Worship Center, its pastors, officers, employees, or directors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the site or linked services.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
