Tampa, FL – As the holiday season approaches, Winners’ Worship Center (WINNERS’) is once again stepping up to serve the Tampa Bay community. The non-denominational church, headquartered in Tampa, is preparing for its annual “Day of Thanks” event —an ambitious initiative to distribute 3,000 turkeys to families in need.
This year’s monumental giveaway will take place on Saturday, November 22nd, 2025, at 701 E. Bird St, Tampa, FL 33604. Distribution will begin at 9 am and continue until supplies run out, so families are encouraged to arrive early.
Nearly Two Decades of Giving Back
The “Day of Thanks” is more than just a food distribution; it’s a deeply rooted tradition and a cornerstone event for the community. It was started nearly two decades ago by the late founder, Robert Fruster, and continues today with the same passion under the leadership of Senior Pastor Brenda Fruster.
To make this massive undertaking possible, WINNERS’ has galvanized its ministry and partnered with key community organizations, including Winners’ Resource Center, Rebein Law, Walmart, and Unique Umbrella Effect. This collaborative effort underscores the shared commitment to ensuring that thousands of local families can enjoy a full and festive Thanksgiving meal.
