Senior Pastor Apostle Brenda Fruster answered the call to ministry over 40 years ago. With her heart after God and spirit joined to His word, she fulfills God’s purpose to minister to diverse communities around the world.
Through her obedience to Him and her service to His people, she has occupied platforms and been embraced in places such as Africa, England, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos, Canada, and countless cities throughout the United States.
Having a love for worship, prayer, and a travailing spirit, she has overcome sexual assault, poverty, and abandonment. Believing that hope is never lost and that God’s love always abounds, she has been a conduit through Him to teach, preach, and serve all races and backgrounds, to heal and deliver the lost, and to activate faith in Christians.
Senior Pastor Apostle Brenda Fruster holds an Honorary Doctorate in Theology and is recognized as an international speaker, conference speaker, and radio guest. Her ministry, MOE (Methods of Empowerment), focuses on supporting women with breast cancer, and she also leads the Ladies Ministries at Winners’ Worship Center. Alongside her late husband, Pastor Robert Fruster, who co-founded the ministry, she has served and nourished thousands in the Tampa Bay region.
Through her education and experience, she has been instrumental in helping others birth ministries for men, women, and children. Using a candid approach, she shares her experiences to empower others to push past their pain and embrace their true destinies.
