Our vision is to see believers activating their faith in God to experience joy, healing and increase for a victorious life. (1 John 5:4)

Our mission is to equip people in our community and around the world to live a victorious life with the unbreakable Word of God. We will encourage the building of faith in our God who can heal, set free and bring increase in every area of our life through His covenant. We will develop Christians who are dependent upon His word and can lead others to do the same.

Plan Your Visit

When you arrive at Winners’ Worship Center, you will be greeted by our friendly parking team to help you find a parking spot in our secure lot.

Once you enter the building, you will be warmly greeted and asked if it is your first visit. A host will answer any questions you may have as well as help guide you to how to check your children into our amazing Next World Changers Kids ministry.

Afterward, you are guided to the sanctuary to enjoy a mix of contemporary worship songs with upbeat traditional hymns followed by a refreshing word on living a victorious life by one of our Pastors.

Immediately following service you are encouraged to attend a brief visitors’ reception by our Welcome Team. Here you will be given the opportunity to get connected or learn more about upcoming events and our existing ministries.

Senior Pastor, Apostle Brenda Fruster answered the call to ministry over 40 years ago. With her heart after God and spirit joined to His word, she fulfills God’s purpose to minister to diverse communities around the world.

Through her obedience to Him and to serve His people, she has occupied platforms and been embraced by places such as Africa, England, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, Turks-Caicos, Canada, and countless cities throughout the United States.

Having a love for worship, prayer and a travailing spirit, she has overcome sexual assault, poverty, and abandonment. Believing hope is never lost and God’s love always abounds, she has been a conduit by Him to teach, preach and serve all races and backgrounds to heal and deliver the lost and activate faith in Christians.

Senior Pastor, Apostle Brenda Fruster holds an Honorary Doctorate in Theology and is recognized as an international conference speaker and television and radio guest. Her ministry, MOE (Methods of Empowerment), focuses on supporting women with breast cancer, and she also leads the Ladies Ministries at Winners’ Worship Center. Alongside her late husband, Pastor Robert Fruster, who co-founded the ministry, she has served and nourished thousands in the Tampa Bay region.

Through her education and experience, she has been instrumental in helping others birth ministries for men, women, and children. Using a candid approach, she shares her experiences to empower others to push past their pain and embrace their true destinies.

Senior Pastor, Apostle Brenda Fruster is cherished for her accomplishments and as a dear friend and sister to many. Together with her late husband, Pastor Robert Fruster, they raised two wonderful children and are proud grandparents to ten grandchildren. Her messages resonate deeply with her audience, provoking laughter, tears, encouragement, and challenges as she fearlessly shares God’s love and truth in conquering every obstacle through unwavering faith in Him.

Remembering Founder and Senior Pastor Robert Fruster

In loving memory of Pastor Robert Fruster, who was the Senior Pastor of Winners’ Worship Center in Tampa, FL. A former United States Marine Officer and Harvard University Leadership Institute Alumni, Pastor Robert was known for his gift of delivering the word of God through compelling teachings and thought-provoking messages. With a passion for developing innovative soul-winning strategies, his wisdom and knowledge were sought after worldwide.

As the founder of Winners’ Worship Center, originally known as Kingdom Worship Center (K.W.C.) in 2006, Pastor Robert was dedicated to helping Christians activate their faith for a victorious life. His mission was to transform the mindset of the congregation and the broader community, inspiring them to realize they are winners through God and His covenant with us.

For nearly four decades, Pastor Robert served as a devoted leader in ministry. He led staff and volunteers in distributing thousands of pounds of food annually to those in need. Collaborating with renowned national and international organizations like Larry Jones and Feed the Children, the 700 Club’s Operation Blessing, Word Alive Ministries, and Triumphant Ministries of London, England, he extended a helping hand to the less fortunate.

Beyond the pulpit and food warehouses, Pastor Robert’s love for people and his dedication to spreading the Gospel reached far and wide. Known as Pastor Robert to many, he was a beloved husband to Pastor Brenda Fruster, a cherished father of two, a proud grandfather of ten, and, above all, a man with a deep desire to change the world one soul at a time. Pastor Robert’s legacy of faith, compassion, and service lives on in the hearts of all those he touched.
